Walkington/Sugarman Sales Audit

Walkington/Sugarman Education Sales Advisors will work with you to define your Sales Audit Objectives, perform the audit, and submit a written report outlining strengths, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
Customers:
• Interview a sample of current customers to determine their level of satisfaction with the product and usage. How do they rate the company’s level of customer service and follow-up after the sale?

Sales Staff:
• Interview current sales staff to determine        areas of strength and weaknesses, obstacles that prevent the sales reps from meeting and or exceeding revenue targets. Review territory sales plans. Review selling techniques.


• Review use of the company’s CRM. Is it being used effectively and consistently? Identify what is preventing the sales reps from closing more. Review lead generation? Identify obstacles to obtaining higher customer renewals, which on an annual basis should be 90% or better.

CRM and Sales Process:
• Review CRM including the pipeline process, reports, and usage by sales reps.
Sales Management:
• Interview sales management to determine areas of strength and weaknesses. Review training and staff management activities along with perceived challenges and obstacles.

• Review and evaluate forecast for accuracy of opportunities, revenue, and close dates. Make recommendations to improve if required.

Territory coverage effectiveness:
• Review territory coverage, staffing and structure of the sales force to ensure resources are being used effectively and that maximum revenue can be obtained.

Sales Employee Compensation:
• Review total compensation plan. Is it designed to motivate the sales force to sell?
